Lee opened Le Neant in Los Angeles in 2018, offering upscale omakase cocktails. There’s no menu at Le Neant, only a list of ingredients Lee found at the local farmers market, which changes often depending on what’s in season. He is also passionate about making his own bitters, liqueurs, and amaris.
For one night only, Lee will be offering three drinks: Hulu Zaap (heirloom tomatoes, strawberry, fresh mint, lime, homemade Thai chili bitters, cucumber-infused vermouth, mezcal, B420); Som Island (fresh carrot, fresh mandarin orange, homemade kefir lime bitters, amaro, lemon, lime, rum, lemongrass-infused gin, Regency Brandy, B480); and 3g Of Shrooms Old Fashioned (Ardbeg 10 Years, homemade Maitake mushroom bitters, lemon peel, orange peel, B540).
Head there from 6pm onwards but you might want to go early as the homemade ingredients are limited.
