Four-hand dinner by two Bangkok fine-dining restaurants on the rise.
Capella Bangkok Hotel’s Côte by Mauro Colagreco and IconSiam’s Blue by Alain Ducasse are joining forces for a limited-seat, one-time dinner collaboration on May 25.
The dinner, which will kick off at 6pm, will be an 8-course French and Italian Riviera-inspired carte blanche menu by chefs Davide Garavaglia and Wilfrid Hocquet for B8,500 per person. You can also add B4,200 for an added wine-pairing curated by Capella’s sommelier Thanakorn “Jay” Bottorff.
Blue by Alain Ducasse is the first restaurant opened in Thailand by the legendary French chef. Led by Wilfrid Hocquet is a French native who has a long roster of cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens ranging from Daniel in New York to three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV by Alain Ducasse in France.
Côte by Mauro Colagreco is a new venture spearheaded by the chef of the three-Michelin-starred Mirazur.
